Supporting No More Week

No More Week is an annual campaign with the aim of making domestic violence and sexual assault prevention and awareness a priority all year round.

Each year, a global community of supporters come together to highlight all of the places - literal and figurative - where change needs to happen in order to create a world with no more domestic or sexual abuse.

In support of No More Week, we’re sharing how our imabi Guardian personal safety app can be used to tackle violence against women and girls.

What is No More Week?

This year, No More Week takes place between 3rd and 9th March 2024.

Seeking to unite both members of the public and organisations across the globe, this annual campaign invites us all to actively take a stand against domestic violence and sexual assault.

The UK arm of this initiative states that “together we can challenge the myths and misconceptions around these issues, share resources and information, and ultimately work together to make real positive change.”

How Does imabi Guardian Tackle Violence Against Women and Girls?

Both during and beyond No More Week, we appreciate how important it is that women and girls feel safe and able to report any welfare concerns, with access to support wherever and whenever they need it.

Making this process accessible and discrete is something imabi Guardian facilitates, which can make the difference between victims getting help and not. The platform hosts support links to key charities and organisations for guidance and advice, as well as the ability to directly dial their helplines from within the app.

imabi Guardian also uses geolocation services for your peace of mind, allowing you to create your own circle of trusted contacts to share your journeys or location with.

For more information about the imabi ecosystem, please contact a member of our team.

Alternatively, why not read our previous blog to learn more about how imabi is giving women a voice to speak up and seek help.
