  • imabi Guardian, Community and Railway Guardian are completely free to use for all users. imabi Pro and imabi Inspire are sold on a per user subscription basis or there are discounts for one off payments.

  • The QR code is used to find imabi on the app stores, Google play and Apple Appstore.

  • imabi is broken down into five key formats:

    o imabi Inspire, empowers students with accurate guidance and the ability to feedback and highlight concerns. imabi Inspire also helps staff, parents and safeguarding teams foster a deeper understanding of the wider culture within their educational communities.

    o imabi Pro, addresses mental and physical wellbeing in the workplace and assists employers in actively engaging with, safeguarding and providing support to their staff – both within and beyond the workplace.

    o imabi Community is a completely free, all-in-one hub designed to promote community engagement and help keep everyone safer and healthier, every day, everywhere. Through real-time alerts, educational resources, and valuable tools it empowers users and helps foster a safer society for all.

    o imabi Guardian is a completely free, all-in-one app for safeguarding and wellness – designed primarily to help reduce incidents of Violence Against Women and Girls.

    o and imabi Enterprise, is a more bespoke offering for organisations, targeting specific scenarios and needs – such as our Railway Guardian offering, keeping people safe when travelling by rail.

    All applications seamlessly converge through the imabi admin portal, offering complete content customisation and the ability to personalise your imabi application, create guides, conduct surveys, send messages, and manage your data effortlessly. All within a centralised platform, with real-time functionality.

  • Reports submitted through imabi Inspire or Pro are typically sent to the organisation safeguarding team or support team for review and action. For the imabi free apps, data is collated and used for trend analysis to give insights to make society a better place and combat specific scenarios, issues, and risks.

  • Yes, reports can be submitted anonymously if preferred by the user, or for a more personalised response and action, details can be provided.

  • Response times for reports vary by organisation and the responsible safeguarding and support team. For the free apps imabi will not directly contact you but will use the data to combat specific issues and better society.

  • Some features may require an internet connection, but certain content such as guides are accessible offline after downloading. Reports and surveys can be completed offline and will send when re-connected.

  • Yes, Imabi works when you're using public transportation like the tube, as long as you have an internet connection, and cached features such as guides will work offline.

  • Survey information for the imabi free apps is collected for research and improvement purposes and is stored securely by imabi. Survey data for Inspire and Pro is managed by the relevant departments in the organisation.

  • Survey results may be published on the imabi website or shared with the community through newsletters or blog posts. Or sent to relevant organisations to improve your environment and community.

  • Surveys are submitted anonymously unless otherwise specified by the user.

  • You should download the imabi app most relevant to you, Inspire for Education, Pro for business, Community for community issues and improvements, Guardian to combat violence against women and girls and safety.

    imabi Inspire, Enterprise and Pro versions will require an account to be created before use, whereas all other apps are available for free and for ready immediate use on your device's respective app store.

  • imabi typically does not share your location unless it's necessary for a specific feature or functionality as defined in the privacy policy, in which case, it would clearly require your consent.

  • You can create an account on imabi by signing up through the geo location feature. Our Inspire and Pro versions will be integrated into your organisations access control system to enable single sign in.
