imabi Sponsors White Ribbon at Labour Party Conference

As part of our ongoing commitment to preventing violence against women, imabi is proud to sponsor the upcoming White Ribbon event at the Labour Party Conference.

This event, scheduled for the evening of the 24th of September 2024, and will take place at Revolution Bar.

Attendees can expect an engaging panel discussion, drinks and nibbles in a welcoming and wheelchair-accessible environment.

The Event

This important gathering will bring together leading voices and organisations committed to safety and prevention in public spaces.

The panel will include Minister Alex Davies-Jones MP, White Ribbon UK, the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, Safer Business Network CIC and imabi. Together, we will explore the pressing challenges that communities face in the night-time economy and highlight successful examples of prevention and intervention.

Our discussion will focus on how collaboration can drive change, with panellists sharing insights and strategies that have proven effective in making public spaces safer for everyone, especially women.

At imabi, we believe that every night out should be enjoyable and safe, and we are dedicated to working alongside our partners to achieve this goal.
